Job Description

We are looking for a talented computer operator to monitor and control our computer systems. As a computer operator, you will be responsible for handling the operation and maintenance of our computer systems, performing routine maintenance, and maintaining equipment inventories. Job Title \xe2\x80\x93 Computer operator Requirements: Associate Degree in Computer Management Excellent skills in the management of the MS Office program (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).

• Knowledge in Windows server operations.
• Good interpersonal skills.

: Understanding of technical risk assessment. Keep Schedule Board and required test logs up to date. Monitor and respond to radio communications. Open appropriate help desk tickets for various departments and escalate issues that need immediate attention to the on-call person. Ensure accuracy of media labels for media library storage. Separate, secure and shred classified trash or deliver to Document Control. Maintain inventory of computer operation supplies and make notification when stocks gets low. Generate reports required. Monitoring and restoring backups. Assists Function Manager in supporting desktop users, hardware maintenance, and LAN maintenance. Maintains and troubleshoots networking problems and systems. Films and edits lectures, presentations, traditional courses, and special projects using digital and analogue acquisition methods. Ensuring and adequate supply of forms and storage media are available for use. Maintain the physical security of the computer systems and the computer room. Ensures strict adherence to all Information Services policies and procedures. Candidate must work well in a team environment and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Minimum 3 \xe2\x80\x93 4 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
