The primary responsibility will be to manage and run presentations (PPTs) at event venues, ensuring smooth execution during live conferences, corporate events, and high-profile gatherings. The role also involves basic IT troubleshooting, formatting, system booting, and networking support.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and manage PPTs, videos, and other digital content during live events.
Coordinate with event managers, speakers, and clients to ensure presentations are correctly formatted and displayed.
Handle system booting, software updates, and troubleshooting on-site.
Provide basic networking support (LAN, Wi-Fi, connectivity for AV equipment).
Maintain proper formatting and compatibility of files (fonts, images, videos, animations, etc.).
Perform system checks prior to events to ensure error-free execution.
Assist the Audio Visual (AV) team with smooth integration between computers and AV equipment.
Maintain backups and ensure safe handling of client data and presentations.
Skills & Requirements
Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
Basic IT troubleshooting (booting, formatting, OS handling).
Good understanding of computer networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration).
Ability to work under pressure during live events with high accuracy.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends
