Maintain accurate records of gold, diamond, and gemstone inventory.
Update daily stock movements, purchase entries, and sales entries.
Generate barcodes and labels for jewellery items.
2. Software & System Handling
Operate jewellery management software (e.g., Jwelly, JewelSoft, Marg ERP, etc.).
Prepare invoices, quotations, and estimates as per customer requirements.
Generate reports like stock summary, sales reports, and manufacturing updates.
3. Inventory & Store Support
Assist in daily stock-taking and reconciliation.
Update stock after sales, repair entries, manufacturing issues/receipts.
Support showroom staff with product search through the software.
4. Billing & Customer Support
Handle billing operations and print receipts accurately.
Support customer service team by retrieving item details and stock availability.
5. Administrative & Documentation Tasks
Maintain digital files such as purchase orders, vendor records, and certifications (e.g., hallmark, diamond certificates).
Ensure data accuracy, backup management, and secure handling of sensitive information.
