Key Responsibilities:
Manage data entry, record-keeping, and system updates accurately and efficiently.
Prepare and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and summaries.
Use
Advanced Excel tools
such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, and Data Validation.
Operate business software (e.g., ERP, CRM, or accounting systems) as per operational needs.
Assist in preparing presentations, business documents, and reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth information flow.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure data security.
Support management in routine administrative and operational tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Commerce, Computer Science, or Business Administration).
Strong command of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Knowledge of business or office management software (e.g., Tally, Zoho, or Google Workspace) is an advantage.
Good communication skills
in English (spoken and written).
Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
