Graduate in any discipline (preferably BCA / B.Sc. (IT) / Diploma in Computer Applications)
Experience:
2-5 years of experience as a Computer Operator / Data Entry Operator / Office Assistant
Experience in manufacturing or industrial setup preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.
Prepare and maintain reports (production, inventory, purchase, dispatch, etc.) using MS Excel and company ERP/software.
Typing letters, quotations, and official correspondence.
Maintain and update employee, client, and vendor databases.
Support departments by providing accurate data and printing necessary documents.
Manage filing (digital and physical) and ensure data confidentiality.
Troubleshoot basic computer and printer issues or coordinate with IT support.
Assist in preparing MIS reports and summaries for management review.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
and
Email drafting
Good typing speed and accuracy
Basic knowledge of
ERP / Tally / Data management systems
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Good communication and coordination skills
Work Timings:
9:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday]
