You will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for providing exceptional service and resolving inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, live chat, or social media in a timely and accurate way.
Identify customer needs and assist in resolving issues.
Provide product/service information and support.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or senior staff.
Maintain records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, system updates, and service procedures.
Meet or exceed KPIs like response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Proven experience in customer service or support role (preferred, not mandatory for entry-level).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.
