Job Summary:

The Computer Operator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's daily data, performing data entry, and handling various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office applications and possess excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Data Management:

Accurately enter, update, and maintain daily operational data in company systems.

Filing:

Organize and manage both physical and digital files, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.

MS Excel:

Create and manage spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes.

MS Word:

Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.

Day-to-Day Operations:

Assist with general office administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:



Experience:

Proven experience as a Computer Operator or in a similar data entry role.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel and MS Word.

Attention to Detail:

High level of accuracy and keen attention to detail.

Organizational Skills:

Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain an organized work environment.

Communication:

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Preference:

Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
