Punyam Academy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient

Computer Data Entry Operator

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support roles, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The candidate should also possess basic computing skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity.

In this role, you will be responsible for entering and managing data, maintaining records, and assisting with documentation tasks. The role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Accurately enter and update data into company databases and systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency. Generate reports and summaries from data, including using MS Excel to organize and analyze data. Prepare, format, and edit documents and presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Create flow diagrams and charts to represent data and processes clearly. Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing memos, correspondence, and maintaining filing systems. Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness. Support various departments with data-related requests and administrative tasks. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow company policies regarding data privacy and security. Perform other related tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers.

Skills & Qualifications:



Education:

Any Bachelor's degree/ Bachelor in Computer Applications (BCA),

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or related roles.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong knowledge of basic computing skills and good typing speed. Basic knowledge of creating and managing flow diagrams etc..

Personal Attributes:

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
