We are seeking a detail-oriented Computer Operator to support government tender-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for data handling, documentation, and online portal operations related to tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
Data entry and maintenance of records related to government tenders
Preparing, updating, and managing documents using MS Excel and other MS Office tools
Supporting tender submission and tracking processes
Working on government e-procurement platforms, including
GeM Portal
Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks
Coordinating with internal teams for tender-related documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduation from a recognized university (mandatory)
Basic working knowledge of
MS Excel
Good logical and analytical skills
Basic computer proficiency and typing skills
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualification:
Prior experience working on
GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Portal
will be an added advantage
Experience:
