Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Download and process shipping labels from e-commerce portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.). Verify order details, SKUs, and quantities before label printing. Coordinate with the dispatch & packaging team to ensure correct labeling on products. Maintain daily records of orders, labels, and shipments. Monitor courier partners and escalate issues related to missing/incorrect labels. Ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines for labeling and dispatch. Assist the logistics manager in smooth dispatch operations.

Requirements:

Minimum

12th pass / Graduate

(Commerce background preferred).

Basic computer knowledge

(Excel, Word, Internet). Familiarity with

Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or other e-commerce dashboards

is a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines. Good communication and coordination skills.
