The CCTV Monitoring Operator is responsible for actively monitoring live and recorded video surveillance feeds from multiple camera systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises, personnel, and assets. The operator will respond to suspicious activities, report incidents, and coordinate with the security team and emergency services when necessary.
