Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Computer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and controlling computer systems and related equipment to ensure efficient and uninterrupted operations.

Rakanpur Santej, Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar Sector-26

Roles & Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor computer systems, servers, and networks. Perform data entry and system backups. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating when necessary. Maintain logs of system performance, backups, and errors. Coordinate with IT support staff for system updates and maintenance. Manage printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices. Ensure data security and integrity during operations. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and report discrepancies. Key Skills: Basic understanding of computer hardware and software systems. Familiarity with operating systems (Windows) Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a shift environment (if required). Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or certification in Computer Science or IT preferred. Experience: 0-2 years of experience as a computer operator or in a related role.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
