Key Responsibilities:

• Operate computer systems efficiently to handle daily tasks and operations.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry, report generation, and document management.
• Draft and manage emails with basic knowledge of professional correspondence.
• Maintain and organize reports and documents accurately.
• Communicate effectively within the team and with external contacts.

Requirements:

• Any graduate with 1 year of experience in a computer operations role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong communication skills with a good command of email drafting.
• Basic understanding of reporting and document filing.
• Ability to manage and organize data efficiently.
