Key Responsibilities
System Monitoring: Observe computer systems, networks, and peripherals (CPUs, printers) for performance, errors, or security alerts.
Data Management: Input data, manage file organization, perform backups, and ensure data integrity.
Maintenance & Support: Install software/updates, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot hardware/software malfunctions, and assist users.
Security & Compliance: Implement security protocols (passwords, encryption) and follow procedures to protect data.
Command Input: Execute programs and processes by entering commands into terminals.
Reporting: Generate reports, maintain logs, and document tasks.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills: Familiarity with operating systems, hardware, data entry, database tools, and common software (MS Office).
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and make quick decisions.
Attention to Detail: Meticulousness for accurate data entry and system checks.
Communication: Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively.
