Key Responsibilities:
Data entry, updating and maintaining company records
Preparing reports in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Managing emails, calls, and maintaining office files
Assisting in client communication and follow-ups
Supporting administrative and project documentation
Coordinating with internal teams for smooth workflow
Required Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good typing speed and accuracy
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Responsible, punctual, and self-motivated
Education & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (or 12th pass with relevant skills)
0-2 years of experience in a similar role (freshers may also apply)
