Role Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented
Computer Operator
to manage
order processing
tasks. The role involves entering orders, coordinating with dispatch teams, and ensuring timely shipment through internal systems and courier portals.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and update orders in ERP/excel and e-commerce platforms.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics for order dispatch.
Generate invoices and shipping labels.
Track shipments and maintain accurate records.
Assist with basic customer/order queries
Qualifications
:
Minimum: 12th pass; Graduation preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.
1-2 years of experience in data entry, back office, or e-commerce order processing preferred.
Knowledge of courier tracking and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
