Enter and update sales, service, and inventory data accurately.
Maintain electronic records of medical equipment, service reports, and customer details.
Ensure timely updating of attendance, leave, and HR-related data (if applicable).
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by management.
Create and maintain documents such as quotations, invoices, service reports, and delivery challans.
Assist in preparing regulatory documents required for medical devices (if any).
System & Software Handling
Operate company software related to sales, service, inventory, and CRM.
Ensure proper backup of data and maintain confidentiality of information.
Assist employees with basic computer-related issues.
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with Sales, Service, HR, and Accounts teams for data sharing and report submission.
Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to share necessary documents.
Support the service team by maintaining installation and service schedules.
Inventory & Asset Management
Update stock records for medical equipment, spare parts, and consumables.
Assist in tracking inward/outward material movement.
File & Document Management
Maintain physical and digital filing of all documents for audit and compliance purposes.
Ensure that all files are organized and accessible when required.
Compliance & Quality Support
Follow company policies, medical compliance guidelines, and data confidentiality norms.
Qualification- Graduation in . B.tech, B,sc.
Experience-1 year-3 year
Typing speed should be good.
