Key Responsibilities:1. CRM Data Entry & Customer Records
Update customer details, enquiries, complaints, and call logs in CRM sheets/software.
Maintain accurate and updated records in Excel/Google Sheets.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
Track issue status and coordinate with teams for closure.
2. Computer & Software Operations
Use MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for routine tasks.
Handle email communication (Gmail/Outlook) for customer follow-ups and internal updates.
Use Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail) -- preferred but not mandatory.
Manage printing, scanning, documentation, and file storage.
3. CRM Coordination
Coordinate with sales, dispatch, and customer support teams on customer issues.
Share reports, escalations, and updates to management.
Support CRM process documentation and system updates.
Maintain proper follow-up logs and closure records.
4. Communication & Reporting
Provide daily updates to the CRM Manager.
Draft professional emails and maintain customer communication records.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of tasks.

Basic to intermediate skills in

Good knowledge of

Google Workspace knowledge preferred
Fast and accurate typing
Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

Qualification:
Minimum:
12th Pass
