Maintain and update company records, files, and databases.
Draft letters, emails, and reports as required by management.
Assist the sales and operations team with documentation and coordination.
Handle data entry, record keeping, and follow-up activities.
Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all documents.
Support administrative tasks related to daily office work.

Proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
