Desired Skills:

Email Writing & Follow Up Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint Customer Interaction Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills Should be fluent in English & Hindi Strong Analytical Skills Typing Speed should be 30 Words Per Minute or more

Key Responsibilities:

Sending Quotation / Product Offers to Customers Promotional Bulk Email Work closely with Entire Team within the organization Develop an understanding of each client to enable efficient and client specific support Proactively provide clients with quick, knowledgeable, and personal replies over e-mail and phone Relay customer feedback to internal teams Evaluate the criticality of a given problem; isolate and escalate any deemed problem within the company Knowledge of Tender Process, Gem Portal will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
