Hughes and Hughes Chem Ltd. (HHCL), is a public limited company which was set up in 1991 with Technical and Financial Collaboration of Hughes & Hughes Ltd. of United Kingdom; a British company established in 1924 which is engaged in the production of several Products.

The Company has its State-of-the-Art factory at Gurgaon and Jammu and markets its products through a two tiered model which involves a direct sales network and franchise based business associates.

The Company Currently has 4 Divisions - Bird Control, Pest Control, Bio-Toilets & Infrastructure Development and employs over 1400 people.

The company is currently executing over 40 Projects all over India totaling Rs 100 Crores and has substantial Credit Limit and Bank Guarantee Limits with State Bank of India of Rs 10 Crores. This model allows the firm to cover the length and breadth of the country; from Kashmir in the north to Andaman and Nicobar islands in the south and Gujarat in the west to Assam in the east.

Responsibilities and Duties

1.) Opening and maintaining customer account by recording and updating client information.

2.) Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

3.)Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information

4.)Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers

5.) Analyze and resolve service related issues promptly. Analyze and resolve service related issues promptly.

6.) Maintaining MIS on daily basis and maintaning the database of client and reports from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,712.92 - ?35,731.85 per month
