About Company: We, at Mundhra Masterbatch, have been supplying the plastics processing industry with colour masterbatches, additive masterbatches and combination masterbatches for almost 7 decades. Responsibilities and Duties:- We are looking for a Computer Operator to update and maintain information on our company databases and computer systems. * Computer operator responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. Our ideal candidate has essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail and familiarity with spreadsheets and online forms.
- Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Ready the documents for sales invoice, dispatch final product & co-ordinate with the customer in case of any query.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Coordinate with Plant for Dispatches.
- Sharing the dispatch details to the customer.
- Processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Should have end to end co-ordination activities including dispatch samples, draft quotation, draft PO.
