Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor computer systems and peripheral equipment (e.g., printers, scanners). Perform data entry and ensure accurate processing of data. Maintain logs and records, system errors, and issues. Ensure daily backups and regular system updates are completed. Detect and report system malfunctions or failures. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Assist with troubleshooting hardware/software problems. Generate reports as needed by management or clients. Maintain confidentiality of all data handled.
