Manage and ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within MS Office/MS Excel.
Create spreadsheets, formulas, and pivot tables to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
Maintain organized and accessible records within Excel spreadsheets.
Assist in reading, summarizing, and preparing tender documents.
Liaise with vendors to collect quotes and necessary inputs for bids.
Prepare and upload required documents for e-tendering and ensure timely submission.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PDFs.
Ability to manage multiple & prioritize tasks, and maintain organized documentation.
Effective communication for collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
A commitment to maintaining the accuracy and confidentiality of data.
