Handle data entry, maintain records, and update databases using MS Office or other software.
Make outbound calls to clients/customers to share information, collect data, or follow up.
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
Prepare and share daily or weekly reports as required.
Support the team in routine administrative and office tasks.
Coordinate with sales/marketing team to follow up on leads and inquiries.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of all company information.
Requirements:
Male candidate preferred.
Basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Word, Excel, email, etc.)
Good typing speed and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills (Hindi / Gujarati / English as per need).
Pleasant personality and ability to handle calls confidently.
