Verify accuracy of data before and after entry.
Prepare and generate reports as required.
Maintain confidential records and files.
Perform regular data backups and ensure data security.
Check, correct, and reconcile data errors.
Assist in documentation and record-keeping tasks.
Coordinate with departments to collect and update information.
Operate office equipment (computers, scanners, printers, etc.).
Maintain data logs and daily activity records.
Ensure timely completion of data entry assignments.
Support administrative tasks when required.
Follow company policies, data privacy rules, and workflow procedures.
Respond to queries related to data or reports.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
