Operate computer systems for data entry, record maintenance, and document preparation.
Maintain and update company records, files, and databases accurately.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls politely and professionally.
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees at the front desk.
Manage courier, dispatch, and inward/outward register entries.
Maintain attendance records and other administrative data as assigned.
Prepare letters, reports, and documents as instructed by management.
Support HR and Admin department in day-to-day office operations.
Monitor office supplies and place requisitions when needed.
Handle scanning, printing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks.
Coordinate with other departments for internal communication and information sharing.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area.
Ensure confidentiality of all company and employee information.
Monitor security camera footage regularly and report any unusual activity to management.
Maintain housekeeping records and check daily cleaning activities for proper upkeep.
