Office Administration:
Handle reception duties, such as answering phones and greeting visitors.
Type and draft letters and other office documents.
Assist with scheduling and appointment setting.
Manage office supplies and maintain equipment.
Perform photocopying, faxing, and other clerical tasks.
Operate and monitor computer systems and related equipment.
Perform data entry, file management, and maintain records in databases.
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues and system malfunctions.
Generate reports from batch jobs and distribute them as needed.
Ensure the secure and efficient operation of equipment.
Support & Coordination:
Provide technical assistance to colleagues and answer their computer-related questions.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Contribute to team efforts and collaborate with various departments.
Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in using computers, MS Office (Word, Excel), and other relevant software.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for user support.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, with some technical training.
