: Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical and hardware issues. Escalate more complex problems to the IT team.

Equipment and software maintenance

: Perform light maintenance on equipment, restock supplies like printer cartridges, and ensure software updates and patches are installed.

Reporting

: Generate reports and maintain logs of activities and tasks.

Coordination

: Coordinate with other departments and the IT team to ensure data accuracy and production schedules are on track.

Security

: Ensure the security and confidentiality of data and office records.
Required skills and qualifications

Education

: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or diploma in a related field is a plus.

Experience

: Previous experience as a computer operator or in a similar role.

Technical skills

: Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux) and software like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Familiarity with data entry and management tools is necessary.
