Key Roles & Responsibilities
Perform data entry, record-keeping, and file management.
Work on
Tally
for basic accounting entries and reports.
Prepare and maintain documents, letters, and spreadsheets in
MS Word and MS Excel

Manage and update records, reports, and databases as per requirements.
Assist in preparing invoices, vouchers, and receipts.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations.
Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in handling company data.
Provide general administrative support when required.
Skills & Competencies Required
Basic knowledge of
Tally ERP
(entry-level accounting).
Proficiency in
MS Word and MS Excel
(data entry, formatting, and basic formulas).
Good typing speed and accuracy.
