Job Summary:



We are looking for a reliable

Computer Operator

to handle daily data entry, document preparation, office system operations, and basic administrative tasks. The candidate should be proficient in MS Office and have good typing accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:



Data entry and updating records in Excel/Company software. Prepare letters, reports, invoices, and documents as required. Maintain and organize digital and physical files. Handle email communication and basic correspondence. Assist in generating bills, challans, quotations, etc. Operate office devices like printers, scanners, and photocopiers. Maintain accuracy while entering data. Assist the management team with administrative tasks. Ensure all records are updated and error-free.

Required Skills:



Good knowledge of

MS Office (Excel, Word)

. Fast and accurate typing. Basic understanding of emails and office software. Ability to handle multiple tasks. Good communication and coordination skills. Attention to detail and discipline.

Qualification & Experience:



Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred. 0-2 years of experience in computer operation or administrative work. Freshers with good skills may also apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,310.39 - ₹35,853.76 per month
