Create batch reports and ensure data integrity.

System Operations:

Monitor and maintain computer equipment and systems.

Software Proficiency:

Use MS Office, particularly Excel, and potentially SQL Server for data-related tasks

Sales and Service:

Make outbound calls to promote products/services and handle inbound calls for inquiries or customer service.

Customer Interaction:

Engage with customers, provide information, and resolve complaints.

Lead Generation:

Follow up with potential clients and generate sales leads.

Data and Record Keeping:

Document customer feedback and maintain accurate call records and contact information in a CRM system.

Performance:

Work to achieve sales or call handling targets.
