. The candidate will be responsible for handling data entry, documentation, report preparation, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records.
Draft, edit, and format documents in MS Word.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and data analysis using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Charts, Conditional Formatting, etc.).
Maintain and update databases for internal reporting.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Provide general administrative and technical support to the team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Computer Operator or similar role.
Proficiency in
MS Word
(document formatting, mail merge, templates).
Strong skills in
Advanced Excel
(formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, MIS reporting).
Attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Minimum qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Computer Applications or relevant field.
