Position : Hardware Support Technician

Qualification: BCA/B.Sc. (CS/IT) or DCE (B.E & PG not required)

Experience : 0 - 3 years

Location : Coimbatore

Roles & Responsibilities:

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks Maintain end user service request on SLA based Asset Maintenance Coordinate with right vendors, if any hardware related issues Monitoring user login information Troubleshooting experience in resolving applications and Assets Patch Management Ability to handle user queries in Remote Assistance Networking, Server Maintenance, Peer to Peer configuration Restore backup data
