KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support and maintain computer systems and peripherals by installing, configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware.

Support the hardware and other teams to lead, coordinate, schedule, and execute daily preventative maintenance activities & provide network connectivity to customers.
Provide hands on support of our equipment both in our main office, our co-location sites.
Support the sales team in lead generation and customer handling.
Implement and improvise new sales ideas methods to deal with customer.

QUALIFICATIONS

A degree or diploma holders from any stream. Proficient in computer hardware related tasks. Excellent communication in English, Malayalam, Hindi. Familiar with Microsoft Office suite of applications.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
