Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair hardware issues in laptops and desktops, including but not limited to motherboards, processors, memory, hard drives, and peripheral devices.

Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related problems efficiently and effectively.

Collaborate with the IT team to support hardware-related projects and initiatives.

Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and inventory of hardware components.

Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding hardware issues.

Stay updated with the latest hardware technologies and industry trends.
