Position : Hardware Support Technician Qualification: BCA/B.Sc. (CS/IT) or DCE (B.E not required) Experience : 1 - 3 years Location : Coimbatore Roles & Responsibilities:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Maintain end user service request on SLA based
- Asset Maintenance
- Coordinate with right vendors, if any hardware related issues
- Monitoring user login information
- Troubleshooting experience in resolving applications and Assets
- Patch Management
- Ability to handle user queries in Remote Assistance
- Networking, Server Maintenance, Peer to Peer configuration
- Restore backup data
- Day shift
