Job Title: Computer Hardware Technician

Department: IT (Hardware technician only)

Summary:

We are looking for a talented and experienced computer hardware technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software, as well as the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of computer problems. The computer hardware technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing computer problems.

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
Troubleshoot and repair computer problems.
Provide technical support to users.
Order and stock computer hardware and software.
Keep up-to-date with the latest computer hardware and software technologies.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Fresher with relevant hardware technician knowledge can also apply.
1+ years of experience in computer hardware and software repair.
Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
Ability to troubleshoot and repair computer problems.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure.
