Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and other hardware.
Identify and resolve hardware and peripheral issues.
Perform system diagnostics and replace faulty hardware components.
Assemble and configure computer systems as per client or company requirements.
Conduct routine maintenance and preventive service on computer hardware.
Maintain records of service requests, repairs, and replacements.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients or internal staff.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement under warranty.
Ensure timely completion of service calls and client satisfaction.
Keep updated with the latest hardware trends and technologies.
Required Qualifications:
Diploma or ITI in Computer Hardware & Networking / Electronics / relevant field.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in computer hardware servicing (Freshers can apply).
Experience with brands like Dell, HP, Lenovo, etc., is an added advantage.
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware components.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and basic network issues.
Good understanding of BIOS, drivers, and operating system installations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle field service calls.
