Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

Computer & Hardware Repairing Trainer

to train students on computer assembling, troubleshooting, maintenance, and hardware repairing. The trainer will be responsible for delivering both theoretical and practical sessions to build students' skills for industry readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on computer hardware and peripheral repair. Train students on assembling, disassembling, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and related hardware. Explain and demonstrate installation of operating systems, drivers, software, and updates. Guide students in diagnosing and repairing hardware issues. Ensure training quality and effective learning outcomes. Maintain attendance, progress reports, and training documentation. Prepare students for assessments, certifications, and job readiness. Provide hands-on guidance and real-time problem-solving support.

Technical Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking basics, and system installation. Ability to diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Knowledge of BIOS/UEFI configuration, formatting, and OS installation. Familiarity with common troubleshooting tools and utilities. Basic understanding of networking, LAN configuration, and Wi-Fi setup.

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Computer Science, Electronics, or relevant field.

Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years of industry experience in computer hardware repair.

Training Experience:

Minimum 1 year of training or mentoring experience preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching and developing young talent.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds. Good time management and classroom control. Willingness to stay updated with the latest technology trends.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
