Job Responsibilities:
Installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of computer hardware, operating systems, and basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi).
Installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems including cameras, NVR/DVRs, cabling, and remote viewing setup.
Diagnosis and resolution of hardware, software, and network-related issues at client sites.
Regular site visits for installation, preventive maintenance, and support.
Coordination with the support team and timely reporting of work status.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good knowledge of computer hardware maintenance and OS installation (Windows).
Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, switches, routers).
Hands-on experience with CCTV system configuration and maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot independently.
Willingness to travel across sites.
Preference:
Candidates residing in or around Navi Mumbai.
Valid two-wheeler and four-wheeler driving license preferred.
Candidates who can join within a short period are highly preferred.
Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.
