Key Responsibilities:
System Installation and Configuration
Assemble, install, and configure desktop computers, laptops, servers, and peripherals.
Install and update operating systems, drivers, and necessary software.
Hardware Maintenance and Repair
Diagnose and repair faulty hardware components (motherboard, RAM, hard drives, power supply, etc.).
Perform routine maintenance to ensure system efficiency and performance.
Networking Setup and Management
Design and set up LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi connections.
Monitor network performance and ensure stable connectivity.
Troubleshooting and Support
Identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Provide on-site or remote technical support to users and clients.
Security and Data Protection
Implement antivirus, firewall, and security measures.
Ensure regular data backups and system recovery plans.
System Upgrades and Optimization
Recommend and perform hardware or software upgrades.
Optimize system performance for better speed and reliability.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain records of repairs, installations, and network configurations.
Report technical issues and solutions to management.
