Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled

Computer Hardware & Networking Engineer

to handle on-site (field) installations and support across corporate offices. The role involves hardware installation, network setup, software installation, cabling, IP/port configuration, and deployment of biometric and CCTV systems. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, hands-on, and comfortable working at client locations.

Key Responsibilities

Hardware & System Support

Install, assemble, troubleshoot, and maintain computer systems, printers, scanners, and peripherals Diagnose and resolve hardware issues at client sites Perform preventive maintenance and system upgrades
Networking & Cabling

Create and test

LAN cables (RJ45)

and manage structured cabling Configure

IP addresses, ports, switches, routers, and basic firewalls

Set up and maintain

LAN/WAN networks

Identify and resolve network connectivity issues
Software Installation & Configuration

Install and configure

operating systems, drivers, and required software

Perform system formatting, backups, and data migration Ensure systems meet security and performance standards
Biometric & CCTV Installation

Install, configure, and maintain

biometric attendance/access control systems

Install and configure

CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR, cabling, and monitoring software

Provide basic user training and system documentation
Field Work & Client Support

Visit corporate offices and client locations for installations and support Coordinate with internal teams and clients to complete projects on time Maintain service reports and installation documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / ITI / Bachelor's degree in

Computer Hardware, Networking, IT, or related field

Hands-on experience in

hardware troubleshooting and networking

Knowledge of

TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, switches, routers, IP configuration

Experience with

LAN cable crimping and testing

Familiarity with

biometric systems and CCTV installation

Ability to work independently in field environments
Preferred Skills

Experience in corporate office setups Knowledge of basic network security concepts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
