Job Description

Responsibilities of a Field Hardware Engineer:

Installation and Configuration:

Installing and configuring computer hardware, networks, and peripherals at customer sites.

Troubleshooting and Repair:

Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues, including repairing or replacing faulty components.

Maintenance:

Performing routine maintenance on hardware systems to ensure optimal performance.

Hardware Updates and Upgrades:

Implementing hardware upgrades and updates, including software and firmware updates.

Client Support:

Providing technical support to clients, addressing their hardware-related questions and concerns.
