Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, POS terminals, printers, scanners, CCTV, biometric devices, and networking equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and peripheral problems. Assemble custom computer systems as per client or project requirements. Handle operating system installations (Windows/Linux) and basic software setup. Support internal teams and customers with hardware-related queries or complaints. Maintain stock and records of IT spares, consumables, and components. Perform preventive maintenance and ensure all systems are up-to-date. Coordinate with vendors and service centers for hardware warranty/repair. Support the sales and service team with product demos or installations at client sites. Maintain documentation for repairs, replacements, and installations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of computer assembly, troubleshooting, and diagnostics. Familiarity with network setup (LAN/Wi-Fi), routers, switches, and cabling. Experience with POS hardware, barcode printers, and peripherals (preferred). Ability to handle customer support professionally and efficiently. Basic knowledge of operating systems and common business applications. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
