Job Summary:

Onward Academy is seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable, and experienced Faculty Member who can train students across a range of in-demand technologies including

Java (up to Java 11), Python, AI, Web Development, Advanced Excel, R Programming, and Design Tools

. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching and mentoring, and must be updated with the latest industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and online sessions on: Core Programming:

C, C++, Java

Advanced:

Python, R Programming, AI, Java 11

Web Technologies:

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Web Application Development

Design:

Photoshop

Data/Business Tools:

Advanced Excel

Prepare, update, and enhance training materials, course modules, and assessments. Mentor students through project work, assignments, and real-time case studies. Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and assessments regularly. Collaborate with academic and management teams to upgrade curricula based on industry needs. Provide guidance for career path and certifications relevant to Software and AI domains.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA or equivalent in Computer Science or related field. Proven experience in delivering training on at least

3-4 of the following

: Java (up to Java 11) Python & AI (including AI Smart Pro curriculum) Web Development & Web Applications Graphics & UI Design (Photoshop) R Programming and/or Advanced Excel Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. Experience in developing student projects and guiding them on real-world applications.

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
