Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and engage walk-in customers in the showroom. Explain product features, materials, benefits, and warranties of mattresses and sofas. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Maintain in-depth knowledge of product inventory and offers. Convert inquiries into sales through personalized consultation. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Assist in showroom merchandising and upkeep. Maintain follow-ups with leads and previous customers for upselling/cross-selling. Coordinate with logistics for delivery and after-sales support. Record all customer interactions and maintain CRM entries.

Requirements:



Proven experience in retail or furniture sales (preferred: mattresses, sofas, or home furnishing). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-first approach and persuasive selling ability. Basic knowledge of POS billing systems and CRM software. Good sense of interior aesthetics and product presentation. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays. Minimum qualification: HSC or Graduate in any stream.
