Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.

Collaborating:

Collaborating with software developers, IT professionals, and other engineers to ensure cohesive system development.

Providing technical support:

Providing technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients.

Managing:

Managing and overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.

Presenting:

Compiling and presenting monthly progress and operational reports to the management team.
