Operate and manage computerized embroidery machines (e.g., Barudan, Tajima, SWF, or similar).
Set up machines for embroidery jobs, including thread selection, needle setup, design loading, and tension adjustment.
Interpret embroidery designs, logos, and patterns as provided by the merchandising or sampling team.
Monitor machine operations to ensure high embroidery quality and reduce thread breakage.
Conduct routine maintenance of machines--cleaning, oiling, and minor repairs.
Ensure fabrics and garments are hooped and placed correctly before embroidery.
Inspect finished embroidery to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment.
Maintain proper records of daily production and report machine-related issues to the supervisor.
Coordinate with sampling and production teams for timely order completion.
Ensure safe working practices and maintain cleanliness around the embroidery area.
