Job Summary:
The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and systems. The role requires attention to detail, strong typing skills, and the ability to handle confidential information efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into computer systems and databases accurately.
Verify data by comparing it to source documents.
Review and correct data entry errors.
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.
Generate reports and retrieve data as requested.
Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
Organize files and maintain records effectively.
Assist with administrative tasks when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate (any stream).
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role (preferred).
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word) and data programs.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
